Treat the address like a password: it contains a key. If it leaks, regenerate it in the Zoho MCP Console. Use the address for your Zoho data centre (for example .com, .eu, .in); Zoho says a wrong region is a common setup problem.

How to add Zoho to Claude
Zoho does not have one shared address. Make your own server first: open the Zoho MCP Console (mcp.zoho.com), press Create MCP Server, name it, add the Zoho apps and tools it may use, and copy the address from its Connect section. Then in Claude: Customize > Connectors, + Add, Add custom connector, name it Zoho, paste the address, Add, then Connect and Allow. Some Zoho products (Analytics, Payments, CRM) also document their own servers on regional addresses; use the one your product's docs give.
How to add it to ChatGPT
ChatGPT connects the same way as any custom app: turn on Developer mode, create an app with your Zoho MCP address, sign in.
